I can't help but feel like far too many people ignore their mental health. I think society is trending the right way, but even with the progress over the last few decades, there is still a stigma against people asking for help. Or that you need to be "crazy" to talk to a therapist. So I wanted to make a shirt that pushed back against that line of thinking. I truly think every human on earth would benefit from routine emotional health checkups with a licenced counselor or therapist.
